8-10 Pieces of Shrimp - Marinated with 1 Tablespoon EssieSpice

1 Medium Tomato - Diced

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

A pinch of salt

A pinch of Black Pepper

2 Sprigs of Cilantro

1-2 Tablespoons EssieSpice
Preparation

Stir fry cleaned shrimp in Coconut oil for 2 minutes on each side

Add all ingredients and mix together and the splash of the lemon juice to finish it off.
