Garlic Butter Corn


  • 4 heads of corn on a cob
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Chilli Powder
  • EssieSpice Mekko Dry Rub
  • Freshly chopped parsley



  • Mix EssieSpice Mekko Dry Rub, salt, pepper with parsley and chili powder into the butter
  • CAREFULLY Fire roast corn on open flame on stove with tongs, turning so that each side is roasted or you can also roast in oven for 10 minutes at 380F. 
  • Apply butter generously all over the corn and then roast again for another 2 minutes and this dish is ready to serve
