INGREDIENTS
- 4 heads of corn on a cob
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Chilli Powder
- EssieSpice Mekko Dry Rub
- Freshly chopped parsley
Preparation
- Mix EssieSpice Mekko Dry Rub, salt, pepper with parsley and chili powder into the butter
- CAREFULLY Fire roast corn on open flame on stove with tongs, turning so that each side is roasted or you can also roast in oven for 10 minutes at 380F.
- Apply butter generously all over the corn and then roast again for another 2 minutes and this dish is ready to serve
