INGREDIENTS
6 Oysters (Or More)
1/2 Teaspoon of EssieSpice Mekko Dry Rub®
1 Tablespoon of EssieSpice Coco-For-Garlic®
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/2 a lemon for taste
4 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Teaspoon finely chopped Parsley or Thyme (Fresh or Dried)
PREPARATION
- Set the cleaned oysters aside and in a separate bowl, melt the butter, add the EssieSpice Coco-For-Garlic® and Parsley. Mix till it's all combined
- In a large skillet, spread out the oysters making sure they are all facing up.
- Pour the butter mixture on each oyster, about a teaspoon each. Sprinkle ground pepper and salt on each.
- Generously add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on each and then bake the oysters uncovered for about 10 minutes at 375Fahrenheit or until the cheese starts melting.
- Finish off with a squeeze of lemon and it's ready to be enjoyed by all.
