- 1/2 Cup Red cabbage, finely shredded
- 6 Sticks of Steamed young asparagus
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell pepper, julienned
- 1 Orange Belle pepper, Julienned
- 6 Sprigs of Basil
- Black sesame seeds to garnish
Ingredients for Dressing
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 Tablespoons creamy almond butter
- 1 Teaspoon Mango-Chili Medley
- 1 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove freshly minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon freshly minced ginger

- Mix it all together and pour in a dish ready to dunk your rolls
