I like that it's all natural, and that it does not contain any MSG. It's not as hot as the other spices, which is fine. I've been just eating it right out of the jar for some reason. 😋  I most likely rub it on chicken or pork. As well as add to my veggies and sauces. I think it would really pair well with things like that

It was too much heat for me on shrimp by itself but I liked the other flavors. So I've treated it like a curry paste or miso. Good mixed with coconut milk over rice. It would also be good for chicken salad or soup.

Not sure what I love more about this flavor combination, the garlic and coconut notes that make this my go to seasoning and marinade for seafood and veggies, the subtle heat you get from the habanero that make you ask what is that, or the paste like consistency that make it ideal for marinating or using to thicken a sauce. Whatever the case is I have this jar in constant rotation and reorder because I can't and WILL NOT do without it. Do yourself a favor and buy it!

Between CFG and MCM, EssieSpice can take all my money! This is another cooking staple for me - I use it in everything. Because of the number of umami type ingredients in CFG, just throw away any Maggi or other Bouillon seasoning - YOU DO NOT NEED IT. This is such a great way to elevate and deepen flavor without any of the bad stuff. Another highly recommended must-have for your kitchen.
