LOFF by EssieSpice
This slow-roasted simmer sauce takes all of the guesswork out of making the one, the only, JOLLOF rice: a burnt-orange rice dish made with lush tomato sauce infused with West African and Northern Ghanaian spices, peppers, garlic & magic.
But you don’t have to stop there. LOFF can also be used in soups, stews, for your pasta, your bolognese, and also on your pizza. Think of a slow-roasted tomato base for all your home-cooked meals that will bring everyone around the table.

I haven’t tried it yet.. but I love the packaging.. but am sure when I open the content am sure I will love it
This sauce is absolutely delicious. Quick and easy to make. All you need is rice, LOFF, and a little salt. I used half the bottle with 2 cups of rice and a few cups of water. I've had and made jollof in the past and this was so so good! The spice level, the flavor...so good. My family loved eating this with veggies and chicken. I will try some of the sauce during our pizza night with garlic Naan bread, smoked provolone, and all the veggies!
A fan of this like we're a fan of every Essie Spice product we try. Cannot wait to explore more cooking with this sauce!
I have always made my jollof from scratch and while that has always worked, I love a good shortcut and decided to try Loff. It is the perfect base for making jollof and is so easy to use. I had already sworn allegiance to Mango Chili Medley and the other sauces Essie Spice has to offer so I knew the flavors in Loff would be great and it did not disappoint! My aunt and I loved how the jollof we made turned out and I cannot wait to try the sauce in lasagna or homemade pizza. Thanks Essie! Your sauces never disappoint!
I have been a fan of Essie Spice from the beginning and was super excited when the Loff Sauce became available. I actually use it as a base for other stews, and not just for Jollof. My favorite way to use it is as a base for my tuna/sardine sauce - it's a quick and easy staple to bring dinner together super quickly for a busy mom like me. Throw in some aromatics, the Loff sauce, some MCM, the proteins and some frozen veggies. Serve over rice, pasta, potatoes or yam and you're set for dinner in under 30 minutes. You need this in your life!
