Really nice on chicken

I first tried this on ice cream as suggested and wow! It was like nothing I ever tasted and I was immediately hooked. I then made a tequila sunrise for a birthday party batch cocktail and my guest raved about it. It is the perfect ingredient to take your drinks from "hmm that will do" to "I'd like another one". My next project is to swirl it in cheesecake or use it in a holiday inspired mule.

I used this with veggies as a first try to see how it would be since I was skeptical about using it for such sweet things and thought it was too good to be true. Everyone else's reviews make me want to try it with ice cream ASAP! It was so good with veggies - the perfect, simplest addition added on to really bring veggies to life.

I made tamarind glazed ribs with it and when tasting the tamarind sauce I thought it would mix well with bourbon! I made a tamarind whiskey sour! I love the versatility of this product.
