Amazing flavor, nice complementary condiment or sauce
Once we open the Tamarind Oh jar, it was gone within a week we cooked with it for just about everything and topped it on just about everything. It’s so good, you could eat it straight from a spoon.
I’m giving them out as gifts.
Really nice on chicken
I first tried this on ice cream as suggested and wow! It was like nothing I ever tasted and I was immediately hooked. I then made a tequila sunrise for a birthday party batch cocktail and my guest raved about it. It is the perfect ingredient to take your drinks from "hmm that will do" to "I'd like another one". My next project is to swirl it in cheesecake or use it in a holiday inspired mule.
Tried this on ice cream and loved the complex flavors, looking forward to trying this in other ways. Next up will be tamarind zucchini bread!
